Hi! I'm Tannis Jarvis, a seasoned HR practitioner with a Masters of Strategic Human Capital Management, and over 15 years of experience ranging from the transactional to the strategic. Having worked in both big corporate and small business, I've found that the common thread among every business is - its people!

My mission is to help you create simple and effective programs and processes to build a strong internal HR structure, and find creative and impactful solutions for your human capital concerns. Using my background in HR program development, policy, employment law, engagement, recruitment, performance coaching and leadership consultation, I help create structure and organization, reduce employer risk, and improve the employee experience.
